Yes, miles of glue surface. Birdsmouth spars are pretty tricky to cut especially when they have a taper, which they all have, and gluing them is not much easier. It's a mess, epoxy everywhere.
But enough boat building let's go back to aircraft, in the end, I am going to decide to build another boat ... ::)  :grin:  :))
