Title: Anyone want a Radial for their DE. 5 cyl 80 HP

Verner Motor just released the Scarlett 5si . 80 HP at 2300 RPM. Dry it weighs 152 lbs
It'll need a bit more ground clearance cuz the prop can be larger diameter.
Eagles are going to look Old School.

what do the engines cost ? also what prop dia ends up getting use 70+ in

MSRP is 14025 USD or 12750 Euro, I can discount that here in the US. To just under 12000.00 USD.
At 2300 rpm the prop diameter on a DE will be limited by ground clearance.
