Les has always been keen on lightness and the alum washers another nice touch - hadn't thought of that - Thanks, Les ! ! !

The velcro'd wing gap cover with safety wires is a feature that will be appreciated by anyone that has used screws on the cover - there is a (right) way...

Looks good, I have been toying around a couple of ideas on the tail wheel attaching a bottom horn to the rudder, could you elaborate on yours? what width did you go with on the horn and tail wheel control.

I was thinking of using the 4130 for the Horn welded to a tube which will fit inside the rudder 3/4" pipe, and riveted in with an two additional AN3 bolts/lock nuts, in through holes.
