Title: VFR night anti collision lighting
Post by: Gjsteube on October 15, 2016, 05:37:47 PM
I've been flying at night lately, and man what a blast! I'm wanting to incorporate FAR 91.205 lighting on my DE build, and am looking for an affordable experimental strobe or rotating beacon. Has anyone already found or built a device to work without breaking the bank and buying a Whelen or other strobe system?

My flying area (North of Seattle) has a lot of air traffic from SeaTac/Boeing Field/Paine Field/and other small local airports.   In my view they are a necessity around here.   Good investment.   These GenniPod systems are interesting.
