Title: Any Examples/Updates on Helmet, Headphone, or Handheld Radio combos?

Feeling that most of my LEU flying is now at a municipal airport, and beginning to fly with other ultralight pilots that radio communications is warranted. A lot of interesting stuff out there...but compatibility with GA radios when you are leaning toward wearing a helmet narrows the options. E.G., motorcycle, ski, or security products.  Any suggest stories that I've missed...and what I found on searching is mostly dated. Just saying...
