Just spit balling here. Someone just tossed this in my dumpster. The windscreen was a distant thought but now I'm thinking about it. Its very clear plexi or Lexan, not sure which, flexible and 1/8" thick. Unfortunately, its only 38" wide. Plenty high. Looking at the plans it seems Leonard wraps the plexi around from station 1-2, even a little past station 2 on each side. That would be 3 flat panels. Anyone do a curved windscreen between stations 1-2?

I did a 3 part windshield on first Legal Eagle, used .020 or thinner soft aluminum to build angles for each corner and put about 4 alum. pop rivets on each side of each angle. 1/8" lexan a bit thicker than you need, i use 1/16".

Easy to tell if it's Plexiglass (acrylic sheet) or Lexan (polycarbonate sheet), take a pair of pliers and try to bend it at the corner, if plexi, will break, if poly, you can bend over many times before breaking. The nice thing about Poly, you can take it to someone with a press break and have it bent, no need to cut and rivet together.
