Title: Donations to web master for site setup

I am trying to make a donation to the web master for setting up this web site through pay pal and I keep getting this message on pay pal:

Seller will only ship to confirmed e-mail addresses.

Can anyone walk me through the process?

There is a box to check "PayPal Account Optional: On/Off"...  With it set to on, you would think it would take care of not needing a confirmed address, but alas it is not. 

There is another box buried even deeper to check for that.  Even so it is now checked...
