Yes, Hall Windmeter 0to80mph sold by Spruce@Spec. Their part no is 10-04105. I have one on my XL and it works great.

Hall works well...

Must take care to cover it when not in use so as to keep critters out. Zip lock bags and the like.  Once contaminated how much faith can you have...

It is a very sensitive instrument.

Hall and vane type are relatively easy to verify by car...
