I guess ebody knows there's a tool at the hardware store for shaping grinding wheels...to radius the edges

I've always used a dressing stick. In machine shop lingo  "dog turd".

I have one of those but it is pretty gnarly  and hard to control to make a nice radius. The dog turd does a better job and is pretty quick. I thought you were looking for something to dress a wheel. I see now you were letting us know about a product for doing that.
