Title: rear stab connector
Post by: grdev on April 09, 2014, 05:01:02 PM
The drawings , page 19, call for a 7/8 .062" tube to slide over your rear stabilizer mounts 3/4" tubes .  Would it be harmful to use 5/8" 4130 and slide them inside the 3/4" stabilizer tubes instead?. As for as I can tell it would just be a matter of supporting the stabilizer tube internally instead of externally and work equally as well, but I could be missing something. .I have the 5/8 but not the 7/8 on hand.

If you don't have any 7/8" .062 tubing, Leonard said it is ok to try the 5/8" inserted into the 3/4" for the rear stabilizer tube .
