hey SK i sure don't know anything about running a list but this one seems so simple and trouble free so far you oughta turn the whole bunch loose on it. we aren't getting much action outa the beta guys...the 1300 Eaglers will find what it needs

The Background about this Beta exposure to users - 1 member found his way here thru Google search (right - we're showing up on Google) 2 members got here by just clicking the neo yahoo "About" page Related website link... 3 Beta invites didn't participate... So Ok, I've got my targeted 20 Beta members and all is still well, we haven't hit the negative evening news...I've only needed to move 1 Topic - structure is holding reasonable...
On the Admin side both Dan & I need to be 100% available when we turn it loose and the Beta members need to be stoked and ready to pitch in with posts... Right now both Dan & I for varying reasons are not 100% available and there is a ton more of Features yet to be deployed... Making this thing work on handhelds and in those funny reading services is daunting - we're just "pretty good" there right now - to check this stuff out in part go to the funny lettered links at the bottom of the Forum tab where the copyright stuff appears... There are also Optional Subscription features that we would like to Beta - everything we put on is going to require support down the road by this group for a successful outcome - The Boss is depending upon us to do just that...

man the yahoo thing is such a POS anymore seems like it gets worse all the time. no msg trail continuity. all gets lost...
i'm gonna try to get together a how to with a few pics to put on here and see how that goes.
this time of year seems to be really busy with the nice weather lots of good stuff to do outside. i think thats what us betas are up to right now more than anything. well this one anyway...

We're working on that aspect of the Forum - there are Forum security issues with certain Avatar's and therefore we are proceeding with some service levels to shelter the group and Forum from that...
