Hey,
Welcome back!... I really like the adjustable tab and offer this suggestion as a safety to the weld - when you cotter key the nut drill a close fitting hole below the bolt making a hole in the tab and run the cotter key up thru the tab and bolt...

BTW: I use the FireFox browser and when I click that photo up from the thumb nail size I [right} click the photo and select [View image] from the drop down menu and the photo fills my screen for detail examination...

The latest version of Windows 8 is 8.1 and it has a Start Button + a lot of fixes of stuff that people just hated - however IE 11 isn't there and Firefox beats what is hands down - use Firefox... Now over at Amazon & KindleFire HDX - they have a [Mayday Button] and a browser that is supposed to zing - 7" screen though but $229 - just give it a 1 touch...
at&t has been going thru my neighborhood pullin new cable to compete with Cox...Cox has started putting a pop-up on my screen that I need to upgrade my cable modem to DOCSIS 3.0 [that's 100 mps, a lot faster than I can read] - I ordered a Motorola SB6141... Might get on of those Kindle thingee's and watch movies and Chit Chat with the Mayday lady - I'm tired of the Garmin lady - annoying voice... Oh, as a matter of comparison all of S. Korea is running at 1000 mps (that's 1 gig - you could do some serious bitcoin mining with that bandwidth)...

I downloaded FireFox but for the life of me I can't get Robo Form to come up on a tool bar and don't see a home icon to drag sites to my start either With out Robo Form I'm a hopeless case, I want TDAmeritrade, Comcast and Pandora on my start Pics attached show the ASRaymond urethane main gear spring These are 90 durometer, give a spring rate of 1100lb/in, about the same as the McMaster Cars, but weight 3.2 oz for five
-
That is a very nice savings of weight on the springs - my springs weigh 8+ oz each... Approaches a pound of weight saved on the plane... I sent a screen print of the drag & drop favorites method for FF...
Keep bringing that build along...

I said the urethane sprgs weighed 3.2 oz for five its 2.45 oz. No big dif. What I want to see is some damping from the urethane also. I made a die sprg gear for my exp Cub but I didn't consistently get real nice landings so I made a Hydrasorb/bungee gear also and now my landings are all no bounce. I hope to see some damping from the urethane but AS Raymond doesn't provide any hysteresis data on their sprg rate plots. I expansion reamed the ID's of the urthane maybe .010" for a nice glove fit on the .75 tube. They seemed too tight to me.
