Title: WING HOLD FIXTURE FOR PAINTING AND COVERING
Post by: CHARLES DEBOER on November 09, 2014, 07:36:15 PM
I HAVE TAKEN MY BUILD BENCH DOWN TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE FUSELAGE AND DFE ASSENDER II ULTRALIGHT.  I NEED SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO HOLD ONTO THE OUTBOARD END OF THE WING WHILE MOUNTED IN A HOME MADE ROTISSERIE.  SEE ATTACHMENTS BELOW

I had a rotisserie fitting on the root end and rested the outboard end of the wing on a sawhorse.

Hi Charles,

I just put 4 pics of a wing stand I built for a MiniMax build into my Gallery here on this site- same wing basically - can't remember where I got the idea but hopefully it will give you some ideas for one of your own... Good Luck.
