Posting a video of my Legal Eagle Hauler Trailer and some of the things involved in what I have so far. It is still a work in progress and will change over time. I have used it 3 times, 2 with the red eagle and once with the yellow eagle. It is getting closer to being like i want it. Have several trips planned this next year if everything works out. I forgot to mention in the spare parts to carry spare ties, way to change them, spare prop, spare plugs and carb parts like needle clips, seals for the drain at bottom of carb, spare jets of various sizes if planning on flying at different altitude, Fuel for Eagle.

We need to have more Legal Eagles at Oshkosh Fun Fly zone next year.

Nice! What is the base length of your trailer?? I have been thinking of building a plane-hauler....

It is a 16'. Actual length door to nose inside is 16'-6" because nose is rounded a little

Very nice, clean trailer setup. It looks like the airplane would be very secure on the road. Great job!
I went the "toy hauler" route for my Kolb. I took an old camper trailer and reconfigured it to haul the airplane and still be usable as a camper. We took it to Oshkosh and it worked well. It was heavy to tow being 29' and my van had a hard time in the hills of PA. I sold it a couple years ago, with the airplane, but it was a great way to store and transport the Kolb.
This page shows the conversion process.

I thought about going that way but decided to go with cargo trailer thinking it would be smaller overall and easier to pull. Not sure if that is the case
