It was not my eagle on the cover, mine is shown in the article pictures. I do not know who's is on the cover. Maybe they will speak up and give us some information.

Oops, sorry Les, I thought that was one of your planes. Bet Steve knows who belongs to it.

That cover photo is as mesmerizing as the Forum SlideShow by Dan Doolin... However, on the lower middle of the photo page in tiny print is: photo credit Dennis Scott who is one of the 3 Livingston, TX XL's...
