Strut Football Fuel Tank

Cruising u-tube this afternoon and  watched a video of a fellow taking his (Canadian) ultralight to 10K'.  He had a set of these "Strut Football Fuel Tanks" (sold at aircraftspruce).  Has anyone played with these?.
