Pennsylvania - Places to buy material?

Anyone know of any local places to purchase wood and 4130 in Pennsylvania.  Looking to save money on materials instead of buying everything from Aircraft Spruce.  Shipping costs add up.

I bought my 4130 seamless tubing from PA Steel Co. Bensalem PA.  Pricing was competitive with ACS and Wicks and only charged me $50 for delivery, 20' random lengths.  ACS or Wicks shipping would have been close to $200.

Good company, I even negotiated a little less/ft for the 5/8" being I bought 7 lengths.
