Better Half Hub and Prop.

Just received my prop hub from Lenard today:


1.Hub came with a large cotter pin, the hub has 4 holes in line with the hub bolt, the hub bolt provided doesn't have a drilled head.  Should I drill the bolt head and use the cotter pin through the hub and bolt thread?
