choke
« on: September 13, 2016, 08:37:55 PM »
I do not really see people using the choke on the mikuni carbs, or at least i see no cables I got them anyway, it was a conversion kit to switch from the choke lever to be cable ready and have a splitter cable similar to the dual throttle cable, and it already has a built in pull switch for the choke.

any thoughts?

Where did you get the choke splitter cable?

I didn't see any need for a cable. The levers are perfect for me!

I got everything from the Central Snowmobiles which was in the plans. I just did not say it was for a plane, the carbs came with the sticker saying not for aircraft use.

Also pictures, of cables, the choke is shorter and I can mount it outside when hand prop. I'm sure they have longer but I got that one without realizing it was shorter than the throttle cable.
