I original built the pedals per the plans, however I found they did not move smoothly using the tubes as pivots.
So I rebuilt them using UHDM plastic as the pivots (The same stuff I used for the aileron torque tubes).
I also assembled the whole pedal assembly on aluminum plate to make it easier to install.
In the attached pic the brake cylinders are not yet installed.
