Double Eagle Stubby will break ground at about 400 ft, grass strip, 230 lb pilot, 14 gal fuel, 500 ft elevation, warm weather, 2180 CC engine, Performance Prop. It will do better if cold air temps. DE Stubby is a heavy example of the DE type. Climb-out is usually around 500 fpm, but can be around 700 fpm on a cold day.
Landing roll is maybe 200 - 300 ft.
