Combining a little hitech printing with lotech scrounging out of the scrap pile & available 'structure'.
~4.6" radius (to centerline of tube) got me ~5" radius bend on 5/8" tubing (to the inside of the bend, as Leonard drew it on the plans). The 'bender' die is radiused to fit the tubing, to minimize risk of kinking.
