Regarding your use of the 3M glue.  I have fellow ultralight flyers who have used it and are getting the same results.  I have watched them apply using the same process as Stewart System and it works the same. He has been flying his ultralight for at least four years and has had the same results as my Le XL.  I have absolutely no issues using the Stewart glue after 10 years.
